Ana Beatriz has a degree in international relations from Ibmec – RJ (2011), a master’s degree in international business management from Newcastle University, in the United Kingdom (2014), and a postgraduate qualification in financial management from FGV –RJ (2020). She has worked as a contract assistant for goods and services at Petrobras (2012-2013); as a visiting translator at Fiocruz; and as an English teacher for children. She is fluent in English and has a certificate of proficiency in English from Cambridge University (CAE). At iCS, she mainly deals with the financial and administrative part of the institution, working with controllership, accounts payable, financial transactions, accountability for funders and systems management, among other activities.
Financial and Administrative Assistant
Denise is a human rights activist and works with the homeless population. She has a degree in business administration from the Veiga de Almeida University, a postgraduate qualification in total quality management and an MBA in people management. She worked at Action Aid Brazil in administration and was responsible for matters related to compliance with policies of human resources, events, travel and office maintenance. She worked at Public Interest Management (GIP) in office administration and support for the board and at the Association of Registrars of Natural People in the State of Rio de Janeiro (Arpen Rio), with the promotion, expansion of access, and the eradication of civil under-registration of the vulnerable population. At iCS, she works with accounts payable, office administration and support for travel and events.
Matheus Henrique de Souza Matos
Administration and Finance Assistant
Matheus is a human resources technician, with experience in the administrative and people management sectors. At iCS he works in the Operations and Finance department, assists in the quotation and contract processes, and in the preparation of financial reports to funders.
Administration and Finance Manager
Tatiana has a degree in accounting from the Fluminense Federal University (UFF), with a postgraduate qualification in controllership and finance. She worked from 2003 to 2011 as the financial, administrative and human resources coordinator at the private institution Oi Futuro. From 2011 to 2015, she worked at the international humanitarian organization, Médecins Sans Frontières (MSF), as the director of administration, finance and IT. At iCS, she is responsible for the administrative, financial and human resources areas. She is also a member of the audit committee of GIFE and the board of directors of Médecins Sans Frontières.
